Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Monarch Development LLC carries full general-liability and workers' compensation insurance and is bonded, and we provide proof before any work begins. (Texas does not issue a state general-contractor license; regulated scopes like plumbing and electrical are performed by state-licensed trades.)
How does the bid process work?
Request a bid through the form and we'll set up a call to understand your scope, timeline, and budget. For most projects we follow up with a site visit and a detailed, fixed-scope proposal so you know exactly what you're paying for before anything starts.
How do you protect my budget and timeline?
We do thorough preconstruction planning and give you a fixed scope up front, so surprises are designed out before the first nail. Throughout the build you get clear schedule milestones and a single point of contact who owns the outcome.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage permitting and coordinate inspections with the relevant DFW municipalities and, for commercial work, the health department — so you don't have to chase the city.
Can you work from my architect's plans, or do you provide design?
Both. We build from your architect's plans, and we can bring architecture and engineering into the project under our management if you'd rather have one accountable partner from design through delivery.
