Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Monarch Development LLC ("Monarch Development," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, ask for an estimate, text us or apply for a job. We do not sell your information.

Information we collect

• Estimate requests. Your name, phone number, ZIP code, the work you want done, the best time to call, and, if you choose, your email and photos, videos or PDF plans of the job.
• Job applications. Your name, phone, email, city, the roles and trades you're interested in, your experience, your answers about a driver's license and work authorization, pay preferences, when you can start, and, if you choose, your resume and a note about your work. We never ask for your age, date of birth, Social Security number, citizenship, national origin, criminal history, health or disability, marital or family status, or a photo.
• Trade partner applications. Business details, insurance and tax documents and photos of your work that you choose to send.
• Calls and texts. Your number and what you tell us.
• Technical data. Basic data such as device type, browser, pages viewed and the page or ad that brought you here. Our spam check and our host see your IP address. When you agree to texts, we keep the time, your IP address, your browser type and the exact consent wording as a record of your consent.

How we use it

• To call or text you back, look at the job and send you an estimate.
• To do the work, schedule crews and follow up afterward.
• To review job and trade partner applications and contact you about them.
• To keep spam out of our forms and to understand which pages are useful.

Text messages

If you give your number and agree to texts, we may send messages about your request, estimates and scheduling, and occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the service providers listed below that store and deliver our form submissions for us and may not use it for anything else.

Who handles it for us

We do not sell or rent your information. Service providers handle it only to run the business for us: Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection, visit counts, and storage of form submissions and the files you upload), Resend and Web3Forms (sending form submissions to our email), our email provider, and Monarch Hub (our own customer and project records). We may also share information when the law requires it.

Files you upload

Photos, PDFs and resumes you upload are stored privately. They are not published on the website. Links to them work only after our team signs in, and we open them only to price the job or review the application.

Cookies and analytics

We count calls, texts and form submissions so we know which pages help. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and still call, text or request an estimate.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet business, tax and legal requirements. We keep job applications as long as we need them to consider you for work and as the law requires. When we no longer need something, we delete it on request or at our next records cleanup.

Your choices

Children

The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top of this page.
