Insurance claim projects

Projects paid in whole or in part by an insurance claim are not eligible for any offer on this page except the Free Hail Inspection. Texas law requires you to pay your deductible, and we do not waive, absorb, pay, rebate or credit any part of it. This includes work paid by a claim for storm, hail, wind, water or fire damage.

Price Lock

Your contract price is fixed for the scope of work in your signed contract and will not go up because material or labor costs rise. It changes only through a written change order that you approve and sign, and only for: (1) changes you request; (2) concealed conditions that could not be seen when we estimated, such as rot, mold, termite damage, structural defects, or code violations behind walls, floors or ceilings, which we document with photos and price in writing before any extra work begins; or (3) changes required by the building official.

Allowance items are billed against the allowance shown in your contract; a selection that costs more than its allowance is added only by a change order you approve.

On Time Guarantee

Applies to signed contracts of $5,000 or more that list a substantial completion date. "Substantial completion" means the work is complete enough for you to use the space for its intended purpose, with only minor punch list items left. If we do not reach substantial completion by that date, we credit $100 per calendar day against your final invoice, up to 10% of the original contract price.

The completion date extends one day for each day of delay caused by: weather that prevents safe work; change orders; delays in access, selections, decisions or payments on the owner's side; permit, inspection, utility or HOA delays outside our control; material backorders or supplier delays; concealed conditions; or events outside our reasonable control. We will notify you in writing of each extension and its reason.

The credit reduces your final invoice. It is not a cash payment, and your account must be current.

Bring Us Your Quote

Show us a written, itemized quote dated within the last 30 days from a contractor who is insured and, where the trade requires it, licensed. The quote must cover the same scope, materials, quantities and warranty as ours, and you must show it to us before you sign with us. We will beat that quote's total by 5%.

A quote does not qualify if it is missing line items, covers a different scope or different materials, is labor only, is for an insurance claim project, or is priced below our cost for the listed materials. If we decline a quote, we tell you which of these reasons applies. One quote per project. It works together with Price Lock, the On Time Guarantee and the items included with your service, but not with any other discount.

3D Design Render

Included with signed remodel contracts of $10,000 or more. Includes one design render of the remodeled space and up to 2 rounds of revisions. Renders are for visualization; final materials and finishes are those listed in your signed selections. A render is an illustration, not a photo of finished work.

Free Hail Inspection

Free, with no obligation: you do not have to sign a contract or file a claim, and we never charge for the inspection or add it to any estimate or claim. We deliver a photo report within 24 hours of the completed inspection. If you file a claim and ask us to, we can be on site during your adjuster's visit to show the damage we documented and explain our repair estimate. We are not public adjusters, and we do not negotiate claims or discuss coverage on your behalf. Texas law requires you to pay your deductible.

Flooring: Furniture Moving and Haul Off

Included with flooring installations. Covers standard household furniture in the work area and removal of the old flooring. Excludes pianos, safes, aquariums, electronics, and items that need special handling or disconnecting. Please remove breakables and valuables before we arrive.

Painting: 12 Month Touch Up

One touch up visit between 12 and 13 months after completion, for interior paint jobs we completed. Covers normal scuffs and marks on surfaces we painted. Does not cover impact or water damage, repairs, or repainting full surfaces.

Fencing, Turf and Concrete: Tear Out and Haul Off

Included with fencing, synthetic turf and concrete projects, up to the area in your quote. Covers removal and disposal of the existing material being replaced. Hazardous materials and conditions not visible at the estimate are excluded and will be quoted in writing.

Referral Reward

We pay $250 for each new client you refer who signs a contract with us and pays their deposit, after the client's 3 business day cancellation period ends. You must be named as the referrer on the client's estimate request before our first meeting. Not available on insurance claim projects; to licensed real estate or insurance professionals; to our employees or subcontractors; to anyone whose own project with us is paid by an insurance claim, while that project is open; or to a client for their own project. If you post about us on social media, you must say you receive a referral reward. Rewards are never tied to reviews, and we never ask for a review in exchange for anything.

General

Price Lock, the On Time Guarantee and the items included with your service apply together. Bring Us Your Quote cannot be combined with any other discount. The referral reward is paid to the referrer and is not a discount.

We may change or end these offers at any time. Changes do not affect contracts already signed or referrals already named on an estimate request. Offers are available in Dallas, Duncanville, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, Irving, Garland, Mesquite and Richardson.
