A dated Arlington ranch with a closed-off kitchen at its center. The owners wanted the heart of the home reworked into something bright and functional — and the rest of the property brought up to the same standard.
We opened the kitchen around a large stone island and finished it with custom white cabinetry, a tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and a vented range hood. Beyond the kitchen, the scope grew to a new rear deck and a fresh driveway pour — so the upgrade read across the whole property, not just one room.
A tired ranch that now lives and shows like new, anchored by a kitchen that carries the everyday work and the whole renovation with it.
